Originally, this blog was about minor and junior hockey in the Ottawa district. Very serious stuff indeed. As most hockey people know all too well, the world revolves around hockey, not vice versa.
The idea was to pick up where I left off while doing a daily paper’s blog for about 15 months. Now it has evolved into an online version of a coaching book, “Inside Coaching Hockey.”
The book’s first post was on May 5, 2010. Each submission will cover a different component of coaching and teaching hockey.
